I really enjoyed working with Emporia Motors. They kept the process simple and kept the deal fair. I figure I could have saved a couple hundred dollars maybe by shopping around more but I believe if someone takes care of you and treats you fairly and with respect then it's okay to pay a little more sometimes. I really felt that Creig (the owner) appreciated my business. You could tell it was a family owned and local business with friendly handshakes from multiple staff and everyone getting involved in the process. They even had a salesman (who wasn't my salesman) come over and do magic tricks for my kids to occupy them while we were signing the papers. Thanks for everything. I went into the Service Department for an oil change. I did not have an appointment but they got me in right away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They got my vehicle in and out in no time. They did offer to give me a ride if I needed to run any errands and I thought that it was very thoughtful.I also got to enjoy popcorn while I waited. Good job for the wonderful service Emporia Motors. I will definatly be back.
