I have attended the Granada for multiple events...movies, receptions, concerts, and holiday parties. The Granada is the perfect location for any event! Most recently, I helped with a Quarter Mania girls' night out. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The tables, seating, and sound system were ready to go when we arrived for set up. The staff was on hand all night, even with clean up. The event quickly grew bigger as registration began and the staff worked with us to add more seating and help our event run smoothly. Concessions were a great addition to the night and everyone had a fun time!

We use the Granada Theatre for a variety of events. Our last major event, the Preservation and Sustainability Conference, brought people from all over the state. Emporia is an easy meeting place for conferences with great transportation networks, and people from Kansas City, Wichita, Topeka and other cities commented on what a great venue the Granada Theatre was for a business conference. They easily handled all of our technology needs, the staff of the Granada created a custom seating and table configuration in the multi-use facility that worked well for our conference and the Granada is easily one of the most beautiful conference venues in Kansas, all at a reasonable price. We will continue to use the Granada for conferences and other activities.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the Granada. From our initial consultation with Jessica to the day of the wedding, she and her staff were more than helpful. The day of the wedding we were 100% worry free. Not only was there staff on site all day, they helped us with so many different things all day. The theatre is gorgeous, the space was perfect for our wedding reception and we had so many compliments I wish we could go back and do it all over again!
